AUG 8-9 PENCO Hiyori Vendor Application Form

By submitting this application and completing payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a vendor space.

• Vendor spaces are available on a first-paid, first-served basis. My booth is not secured until full payment has been successfully received.

• Booth assignments are determined by PENCO and may vary by event. Some events may allow booth selection, while others may have spaces assigned at the organizer's discretion.

• If payment is not received by the stated deadline, my reservation may be canceled, and the booth may be made available to another vendor.

• Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by PENCO.

• I am responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws, including maintaining a valid California Seller's Permit if required.

• I agree to follow all event policies regarding setup, teardown, safety, conduct, and venue rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Vendor spaces are assigned only to the registered vendor and are non-transferable. Booths may not be sold, transferred, shared, or subleased without prior written approval from PENCO.

• Vendors are responsible for the actions of their employees, assistants, and guests while participating in the event.

• PENCO reserves the right to require the removal of any merchandise or displays that violate event policies or applicable laws, including counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items.

• The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or personal property occurring before, during, or after the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

• PENCO reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, government orders, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• I grant PENCO permission to photograph and record my booth, products, and likeness during the event for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes without compensation.

• I release and hold harmless PENCO, its organizers, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.
