By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

My application does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are limited and curated by the event organizer.
If accepted, I will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. My booth is only secured once full payment is received.
Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
I am responsible for collecting and remitting my own sales tax, and for complying with all state and local laws (including holding a valid California Seller’s Permit if required).
I agree to follow all event policies regarding setup, teardown, safety, and conduct. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of my space without refund.
The event organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Vendor spaces are assigned to the approved applicant and are non-transferable. Vendors may not sell, resell, or sublease their booth(s) to another party without prior written approval from the event organizers. Any unauthorized transfer may result in loss of booth space without refund.
I release the event organizer, venue, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in this event.
