Interested in vending at an upcoming PENCO Show?
All vendors must submit an application and receive approval before booking a table. Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance or table availability.
Once your application has been reviewed, approved vendors will receive an email with a private booking code and instructions for reserving available tables.

How it works

Submit the vendor application.

Our team will review your application.

Approved vendors will receive access to a Vendor Dashboard.

The dashboard will have a unique code per event to access the vendor table check out to reserve your table.

Your table is not secured until payment is completed.
Important Info

Vendor approvals are based on product fit, event needs, category availability, and space.

Once the approval is granted, you will be free to book any future events with us.

Booking codes are private and may not be shared or transferred.

Table availability is first-paid, first-served for approved vendors.

Submitting an application does not place a table on hold.

All bookings are subject to PENCO’s Vendor Terms and Conditions.
